While in Las Vegas for the SITE 2015 conference, I stopped in Bobby's Burger Palace, a diner by Bobby Flay. I was overwhelmed with the design of the restaurant. The tables, the work spaces, and even the chairs all worked so well together. At that moment, I realized that I was standing in my dream blended learning classroom. Below, I will describe how the design of each area of the diner would work within the blended learning classroom. |

As a blended learning coach, the below information on how to blend has been used with schools from around the country. By following these six steps the school, teachers, students, and parents were able to understand and implement the blended learning process. This is my recipe for blended learning. By no means is it the only way. It is just what has worked for me as a blended learning coach.
