At The Moriah School in Englewood, New Jersey, a sixth grade math teacher is taking on the task of blending her math curriculum. Each week, a couple of the sixth grade teachers, the middle school blended learning coach, the Innovation Director, and myself meet online to talk about ways to start to blend the classroom environment.
Just this past week, the blended learning coach went into the math classroom and took pictures of the progress the teacher is making. The pictures below, show how the teacher set up rotating stations. The students are engaged, working at their own pace, and practicing specific math skills through digital content.
