I love my job. I get to travel around the country teaching teachers how to integrate technology into the blended learning classroom. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a teacher moving away from power points creating a Prezi, Voki, or even a Tellagomi.
One of my favorite sections of every workshop is when I get to showcase my favorite technology tools that I use in my blended learning classrooms. But believe it or not, I never showcase the same tools. It all depends on the level, ability, and willingness of the group of teachers that I am teaching. I always try to find at least one tool that nobody in the room has ever heard of until that day. Once I find that tool, I stop showcase session. Because now, everyone in the room has new technology tool to explore.
Below are just a few of my go to staples for when I present. My tried and true, the ones that I get the most reactions from and the ones I actually see teachers using in their classrooms.
